Galatians 3:27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
A Christian believes that Jesus is the Son of God. In addition, he or she should desire to be like Christ. To be united with Christ means to be one with Jesus, and is a statement of a Christian's partnership with Jesus in communicating to other in our walk and our talk, what he is like. The hearts and action of Christians are to be the same as that of Jesus Christ. Our lives should characterize the tenderness, compassion, unity and love of Jesus and we should have a desire to serve others. What should be absent are selfish ambitions and vain conceit. God understands that doing these things will not be easy. But neither was Jesus' journey to the cross. Jesus was "obedient unto death" knowing that his sacrifice would ultimately result in restoring man's broken relationship with God. God wants Christians to be obedient to the same degree, knowing that this will fulfill His purpose for our lives and work out or finish what was started when we first put our faith in Jesus.
Being one with Christ should result in a desire to be like Christ. This in turn should lead to a commitment to be obedient. The net result should be a life that reflects Christ character, one where our attitude and actions are a good reflection on God. Like Noah's ark, there is only one door into salvation, and that door is Jesus, and only those inside Christ spiritual body, His Church, will be saved when the flood of judgment comes. The Fathers will is that none will be lost, let us live a life that leads all men to the salvation of the Lord.

Only love can conqueror hate
Luke 6:27-28 "But I say unto you which hear,Love your enemies,do good to them that hate you, Bless them that curse you,and pray for them which despitefully use you".
Our love must be strong and purposeful in accepting mistreatment, as it shows our trust in the Lord and his ability to use the situation for his Glory. Jesus not only taught us our love must be strong and purposeful when mistreated, but we must also be merciful to others in our daily lives, as the Father daily pours out new mercy on us.
Jesus commands us to pray for and bless those that offend us. Our natural response is to strike back when mistreated, but Jesus teaches us to do the opposite. Jesus gave two illustrations to show the extent of how far our love for others should go, there is a blow to the face and stolen clothes, in such cases we are not retaliate. The purpose is to reach out in love instead of satisfying ourselves through revenge.
The standard of sacrificial love goes beyond what others might do or what we might feel we should, but it is what Jesus teaches us to do, it is what he did. The prime example of selfless giving is our heavenly Father himself, who showed kindness to all humanity regardless of how they treated him, as he gave his only begotten son that we might have everlasting life. When we love others the way Jesus instructed us to, we show the world the love of God.

The Straight and Narrow
Matthew 7:14 "Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way,which leadeth unto life,and few there be that find it".
Are you traveling on life's highway, or are you on the downward road to destruction? We must be careful not to be deceived. Simply believing on Jesus as Lord and savior is not enough to enter eternal life if you haven't accepted this belief as your way of life.
Many believe but some have yet to accept this truth as a way of living. Many of us know and believe eating unhealthy without exercise can be harmful to the body, yet still do it. Jesus said not all who cry Lord, Lord will enter into the kingdom of Heaven. So is simply believing enough? The bible say the devil believes and trembles,so our believing should bring about an action also. What does it mean to believe? Man believes with his mind, but God's word says to believe in thine heart. See our belief in Jesus must be in the heart so that it can change our heart. It is when we believe in our hearts that we can truly deny ourselves,and follow Christ on the narrow road.
It is when we believe in our heart that we can honestly and boldly confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord. Then we can live by a faith that will keep us when the cares of this world try to lead us down the broad road.

Belief In Action
Romans 4:24 " But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead:"
It is great to worship the Lord on Sunday, but it is even greater when we serve Him Monday through Saturday. Many walk straight on Sunday but their walk seems crooked the rest of the week. The Lord is seeking dedicated servants, who will willfully follow Him.
It ought to be the great care of every one of us to follow the Lord fully.We must in a course of obedience to God's will and service to His honor follow Him universally, without dividing. Uprightly, without dissembling; cheerfully, without disputing; and constantly, without declining, and this is following him fully. A disciple of Christ is one that gives up himself to be wholly at Christ's disposing; to learn what he teaches, to believe what he reveals, to do what he commands, to avoid what he forbids, to suffer what is inflicted by him or for him, in expectation of that reward which he hath promised. Such a one is a disciple of Christ, and he, and none else, is a dedicated Christian.

He is Lord
Isaiah 41:10 "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: Be not dismayed; for I am God: I will strengthen thee; I will help thee; Yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
God's promise to never leave or forsake us, is perhaps the best of all promises. In spite of our rebellious hearts toward God, with love he still tells us "I have chosen you and have not rejected you". Did we earn this love? Deserve it?, ask for it? No. God is committed totally to his children, even though our walk with him is inconsistent and shaky. What would we do without God? We could try and take Solis relationships of all kinds. Rather we chase careers, money, material goods, sex, substance abuse and even religion, they offer us no real peace and certain tee. But the only one true God. He says " fear thou not, for I am with you. We have nothing to fear, for he offers his presence to support us in life, for he is with us, the Lord is our shepherd, He provides for us, He is our provision, our hope, our guide, our direction and his two wonderful sheep dogs goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our life.
With Gods presence in our life we are never at a loss. He is God, so let us be grateful to him, and thankful for him, in our worship and praise to him. Not just with an empty shouts of joy, or with empty ritualistic hand praise, but by living a life before men, worthy of the name we bear. We are children of the most high God, He is our strength, so let us walk like it; He is our ever present help, so let us talk like it; and he upholds us with the right hand of his righteousness! so let us live like it. Jesus the Christ, the righteous right hand of God, that hold up all who believes. Live victoriously in Christ..............

Do You Believe
John 6:69 "And we believe and are sure that thou art the Christ, the son of the living God"
Do you believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of the living God? Is your belief a committment to follow Him. Is your belief one of total surrender, or is it just the fact that you believe that Jesus lived, died and rose again, but not strong enough to bring you to action. Do you know enough about the Lord to truly believe.
People it is a must to learn about the Lord. How can you trust Him if you don't know Him.Yes what mommy and grand mommy,and even daddy tells you is good, but you have to know God personally and for yourself. Paul scolded the Corinthian Christians for their un-spiritual attitudes and conduct. He explained that their problems were cause partly by some of them having too little knowledge of God's ways. Most of the division the church now suffers, is from our lack of knowledge and understanding of the knowledge we think we have about our Lord. We cannot properly honor and serve God or his Son, Jesus Christ, unless we have knowledge of his will.We aquire that knowledge through regular, diligent Bible study.We must study to show ourselves approved unto God, that we might truthfully live the word of truth. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that we may be complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work. It is through our knowledge of God and his word that we are equipped to do that which he calls us to do.
Think about your relationship with Christ. How much time do you truly spend with Him.If He was to do with you the way you do Him, would you feel like you were in a good relationship with Him?

Give it to Jesus
1Kings 10:2 "And she came to Jerusalem with a very great train, with camels that bare spices, and very much gold, and precious stones: and when she was come to Solomon, she communed with him of all that was in her heart".
It sometimes can be a unwise thing to pour your heart out to someone, Samson found this out the hard way as he bore all to Delilah. Yet if we could meet with Solomon who could solve all our difficulties, we might wisely do so. But we have one with us now who is greater and wiser than Solomon in Jesus, who is incarnate wisdom.The problem is ,when it comes to Jesus we are all to silent,and with our worldly friends we talk way too much, just look at some of the stuff we see daily on social networks. This is an Evil that must be changed.
We ought to share with Jesus all that is in our heart, when we neglect to be intimate with him we cheat ourselves out of a blessing. He said cast all your cares upon him. He is inviting us to talk and share with him. To conceal anything from so true a friend betrays the friendship as shows that there is something wrong to be hide. It shows a lack of confidence in his love, his sympathy, and even his ability to fix what ever the situation. Between the bride and the bridegroom there can be no secrets or the love will be hurt,the marriage shaky. Besides how can you keep something from Him who knows all things. He knows our sorrows, our joys, our service,our plans, our successes and our failures, he understands our desires, our fears our loves and our mysteries, but he wants us to trust and love him enough to share them with him, he is the savior of all that will hinder us from his eternal peace and his everlasting rest. There is more to letting Jesus into your life than just opening your heart, you must give him your heart and all that lies within it.
The believer must draw near with full assurance of faith, come and tell him all your wants and desires freely, without concealing anything from him, for that shows a distrust and lack of faith.The stronger the faith is, the more the heart will share and it will share more completely. Is there anything you want you cannot tell the Lord? Is there any sin you feel you cannot confess before him, any person in your heart you haven't share with Jesus.Think of all the hurt and pain we bear, all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer. Open your heart, share your heart, give him your heart, Jesus never fails........

In His Image
Ephesians 2:10 " For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. "
We who profess to be born again. Those who my the confession of their own faith claim to be born of the spirit of God, are thus claiming to be Christ like. These are not words to be just thrown around lightly. We must remember the world is looking, there are others who are reading the word of God in the life that you are living. We who profess Christ are ambassadors to Christ.
Now this Is not to say we are to live a life perfect and sin free, but our short comings should be the acceptation and not the rule. If we believe that Christ rose with all power there should be some evidence of this in the life that others see us living. People should see love for others in our life. Ours should be a life of prayer which offers hope to those lost in darkness. Just as many of us resemble our earthly parents, there should also be some resemblance to our heavenly Father seen in us.

It's A Hungry World
John21:15"So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, Lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, yea Lord; thou knowest that I love thee, He saith unto him, Feed my lambs".
Feed my lambs! these are the instructions given to us by our savior. Those of us who have been blessed to have received the bread of heaven, are now instructed by the Savior to feed his lambs. Jesus has revealed himself to us, that he is the Christ, the son of the living God, and we are now to feed this truth to a lost and dying world. This is the design of his precious Gospel, it wasn't written for a pastime, nor was it published for a profit, but it was written and published so that man could be brought to Christ. Let the redeemed of the Lord proclaim this gospel message, that all might enjoy the salvation of the lord. We don't need to dress it up or add anything to it ,the gospel will do what it was designed to do. It was not designed to feed the flesh of man, but to feed the spirit of man.
When you truly love God, you will be willing to lay aside your will and feed those he died for. Some one shared the good news to us, and we should be willing to share it with someone else. The same gospel which lead us to Christ, will lead someone else to Christ. It is the duty of all who are the called of Christ to feed his sheep, to feed them with knowledge, and the truth of the gospel. Feed them with the word of God that they might be wise unto salvation. Feed them, don't just put something before them and hope they eat, but feed them, those who are to hateful and stubborn to eat on their own. Feed those who are too weak or cannot feed themselves. Don't feed them the cake, candy and watered down messages of today, which will only make them fat and useless, but feed them the meat of the word that they may be thoroughly furnished unto every good work.
You might not be able to feed everyone you want, but let each of us just feed everyone we can, and together we will feed the whole world, one lamb at a time. So if you love the Lord, feed his lambs.

He is Love
Song of Solomon 3:4 " It was but a little that I passed from them, but I found him whom my soul loveth: I held him, and would not let him go, until I had brought Him into my mothers house, and into the chamber of her that conceived me".
Until I met Jesus I didn't believe any one could or would love me better than my mother loved me. But I found out that Jesus loves me so much that He died that I might love Him.
When you truly come to know Christ and enter into a personal relationship with Him you then truly become aware of just how much He loves you. You grab hold of Him and you can't help but to share Him with all you see. See the love of Jesus creates in our hearts a love one for another. When He lives within our spirits, His mind is our mind, his will is our will, and he is seen by others in all that we do. But first we must seek Him. The writer says "I found Him"; I a man, found the Lord of Glory; I a slave to sin, found the great deliverer; I, a child of darkness, found the light of the world; I the uttermost of the lost ,found my Savior and my God. Now I hold Him; Holding Him by not offending Him. First by being lazy, when the soul turns sleepy or careless, we tend to put Christ away. By beholden to Idols, for you can't serve two masters, nor hold on to two things. By being unwilling to be sanctified, or dwelling in an unholy house, we must remember to take Christ home with us, and let Him rule the house. If you only walk with Christ at church and never take Him home, you will soon part company with him forever. So hold on to Him and share Him with all.
When you diligently search for Christ in your heart, he shall be found, but then you must hold to Him by learning of Him, by loving Him, by obeying Him. Real Love
John 14:15 If you love me keep my commandments
To Love Jesus is not an emotional thing. It involves emotions but it is not based on emotions. It doesn't change according to the situation. It is not a rational or mental commitment. It involves the mind but it is more than deciding and following some rules.To love Jesus is a matter of the heart and the spirit. It is a heart thing, from the innermost being of man.
The heart is the seat of man's affections, and devotion.The heart attaches and focuses our affection, will, and devotion to an object or person.The heart causes a man to will, or to give himself either to good or bad. To love Jesus means that a man focuses his heart, affections, and devotion upon God by giving and receiving the love of God. That we give all we have and are to Jesus Christ for him to do as he will. We deny ourself, not deny our self of things, but deny self. We die to self and our will that we might live in Him as He lives within us.

A Call From My Father
Isaiah 55:1 " Ho, everyone that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea come, buy wine and milk without money and without price."
Here we have a invitation from the depths of God's heart. He says come, everyone come. All who thirst or hunger. The poor, poverty stricken, all are invited to come. He urgently gives an invitation that offers rest and peace for all who come. God invites the weary to come to Him so they can experience rest for their souls.
