2nd Tim.2:20 "But in the great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor"
Every Christian is a chosen vessel unto Christ, the question is are we to honor or to dishonor. Every believer should live a dedicated life to Christ and His cause. Having a compelling desire to be used of God in whatever way he chooses. We must be strong in the grace that is in Jesus Christ, we must study Gods word, that we might be a workman not be ashamed, and be useful to the master, prepared for every good work. See it is Jesus Christ which gives us the power and the tools to fight this spiritual battle, he equips us for this ministry of reconciliation. Through Christ, the presence of God enters our hearts, and has the power to transform and convert a vessel of dishonor into a vessel of honor. Gods grace allows us to endure all things, that we might with a singleness of mind proclaim with a loud voice the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the power of God unto salvation.
Let us walk in the power of God, walking worthy of the name by which we are called that we will be victorious over are enemy and lead all in darkness into his marvelous light..

Servant
Romans 1:1" Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God."
In our need for self gratification, it is easy for us to get lost in regards to the mission which we have been called to.God called us into His ministry, that we might be His servants to do His will, building His kingdom. It is not about who we are ,but whose we are. The title we wear means nothing, it is the work that we have been called to do that will change the world.
Here we have Paul, now with all that he accomplished he says he is a servant of Jesus Christ. In fact he often refered to himself as a bond servant or slave for Christ. He never refered to himself as Rev. Paul or Pastor Paul or even the apostle Paul, he was just a servant of the Lord. Paul realized it wasn't about him, or the position he had, but it was simply about Christ and Him crucified. He was just a unworthy vessel, called to be an apostle, separated for the purpose of spreading the good news of the gospel. Paul used every opportunity he had to proclaim the salvation of the Lord. Rather in bonds or free his message was the same, Jesus christ and Him crucified. He had to preach the gospel, for he was a prisoner of the gospel. He new it was the gospel that saved him, kept him, protected him, and provided all that he needed. He knew it was the power of God unto salvation.
It is not about us being saved. The world don't care what position or titles we hold. The sinner can't be saved because we have fancy degrees in various religious studies that allow us to call ourselves these fancy names and hold important positions. The only thing that we have that matters, the only thing we have that can save a lost soul, is the good news about Jesus Christ. Let us just be called servants for the Lord, and hear the word "well done my good and faithful servant".

Giving Freely
2 Corinthians 9:7 every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: For God loveth a cheerful giver
This Christian life we have been called to live is one of total surrender. God wants us to give to Him cheerfully and not sparingly. Surrender to Him our whole life that He might be our God and we His people. He said He would withhold no good thing from us, so let us not withhold nothing from Him. Give Him everything and give it cheerfully that you might be blessed abundantly.
God doesn't force His will, word, or way on any of us. Man has the free will to make a choice as to whom he will serve. But man doesn't have the choice of how he will serve. Jesus said you are either for Him or against Him. The word of God says He will spit the lukewarm out of His mouth. God wants us to give to Him willingly and cheerfully. He wants us to give Him our all, and to give Him our everything. We must trust that God can do more with that which we have than we can. No it is not about money, God don't need our money the silver and gold is His. He wants our life and for us to be willing to give it to Him cheerfully. Give it to Him because He paid for it, give it to Him because He knows what is best for us. Give it to Him because he loves us so much that He gave His life for us.
Let us give God our whole heart and let our eyes see his marvelous works in our life. It is more blessed to give than to receive. Blessed is the man who gives his heart to God, than they which take the possessions of the world.

Hand Picked
1 Peter 2:9 "But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people: that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light".
Now we are the children of God, we don't know what we will be but we do know when he appears we will be like Him for we shall see Him as He is. Rather we like it, or believe it there is a way a child of the living God is suppose to live. We have been called out of darkness into His marvelous light, chosen to be holy, and our lives should sing praises to the one who saved us.
We have been called out by God, chosen to bear fruit and fruit that will last. But the only way to lead a lost soul to Christ is if we are living a life that shows others the way. Our life is one of sacrifice and service. We should live a life that bears witness to the truth of our testimony to a dying world, that Jesus is the Christ the son of the living God who taketh away the sin of the world. That He died on a cross rose the third day morning with all power in heaven and earth in His hands. This is the truth we proclaim and it is the truth that our lives should reflect. We should not be walking in the dark, without shining the light we proclaim to be born of. We should not be living a lost life if we proclaim to know THE WAY. The world may tell you what you can or cannot do , but the word of God tells us we are a chosen generation, chosen to lead lost souls to the salvation of the Lord. If God called us to it , you can believe He has equipped us to do it.

A Call To Salvation
Isaiah 55:1 " Ho, everyone that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea come, buy wine and milk without money and without price."
Here we have a invitation from the depths of God's heart. He says come, everyone come. All who thirst or hunger. The poor, poverty stricken, all are invited to come. He urgently gives an invitation that offers rest and peace for all who come. God invites the weary to come to Him so they can experience rest for their souls.
The key to experiencing this rest is having a right relationship with God, something that can happen only if you have a personal relationship with Jesus. We all have responsibilities that drain us and difficulties that wear us down.We can let the world drag us down its weary path, or we can join our lives with Jesus, who wants us to know that He's eager to have us in His yoke of care, guiding us, giving us help for our present needs, and assuring us that He has a plan for us that includes rest and peace, with everlasting life.

Spread The Love
John21:15"So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, Lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, yea Lord; thou knowest that I love thee, He saith unto him, Feed my lambs".
Feed my lambs! these are the instructions given to us by our savior. Those of us who have been blessed to have received the bread of heaven, are now instructed by the Savior to feed his lambs. Jesus has revealed himself to us, that hbye is the Christ, the son of the living God, and we are now to feed this truth to a lost and dying world. This is the design of his precious Gospel, it wasn't written for a pastime, nor was it published for a profit, but it was written and published so that man could be brought to Christ. Let the redeemed of the Lord proclaim this gospel message, that all might enjoy the salvation of the lord. We don't need to dress it up or add anything to it ,the gospel will do what it was designed to do. It was not designed to feed the flesh of man, but to feed the spirit of man.
When you truly love God, you will be willing to lay aside your will and feed those he died for. Some one shared the good news to us, and we should be willing to share it with someone else. The same gospel which lead us to Christ, will lead someone else to Christ.

Seek The Lord
Hebrews: 11:6b He is a rewarder of them who diligently seek Him.
When you diligently search for Christ in your heart, he shall be found, but then you must hold to Him by learning of Him, by loving Him, by obeying Him. Build a personal one on one relationship with him, then share him. Bring him to your house, not in word only but let others see him in you by your actions, and attitude , and take rest in His arms as you enter His peace.
